Appointments and product enquiries

The Lai Chi Kok in-person viewing space operates primarily by appointment, from 11:00 to 21:00 Monday to Sunday. Confirm the location, timing and the availability of any piece through WhatsApp before visiting.

Appraisal arrangement

If you would like to discuss the optional HK$250 appraisal arrangement, contact us on WhatsApp. A formal conclusion about treatment status or natural origin must rely on a qualified gem laboratory's report after examining the physical item.

Return and exchange arrangement

A 7-day return and exchange arrangement is available. The applicable conditions for an individual piece should be confirmed through WhatsApp before purchase or when arranging a return or exchange.
