Appointments and product enquiries

You may contact us about currently listed pieces, measurements, appointments or design details. When replying, we use the record for the relevant product. We do not use invented studio images or unverified scenes to represent an appointment space.

In-person viewing space

Our Lai Chi Kok in-person viewing space operates primarily by appointment, with appointment hours from 11:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday. Confirm the location, timing and the availability of any piece through WhatsApp before visiting.

Return and exchange arrangement

A 7-day return and exchange arrangement is available. Conditions for an individual piece should be confirmed through WhatsApp before purchase or return arrangements.
